1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://nabrularur.com (the "Site") and any information, content, or communications we provide through it. The Site is operated by Chauncey Nabru Larur, Inc., doing business as Nabru Larur ("Nabru Larur," "we," "us"), located at 459 Chauncey Street, Suite 2R, Brooklyn, NY 11233.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, which explains how we handle personal information. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we do
We provide consulting, advertising, and marketing services for startups and small businesses. The Site describes our services and lets you contact us, request a consultation, and join our email list.
Services are provided under separate agreements. Using the Site, contacting us, or attending a free consultation does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to work together. We begin paid services only after both parties have signed or accepted a written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement (a "Services Agreement") and any required deposit has been paid. A proposal or estimate is not binding until then. If a Services Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Services Agreement controls for the services it covers; these Terms continue to govern your use of the Site.
3. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Site is intended for business use. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

5. Your submissions
When you send us a message, attach a file, or sign up for our email list ("Submissions"), you confirm that you have the right to share the information and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. Please do not send sensitive information through the contact form or email, such as Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, account passwords or login credentials, or health information. If you need to share access to an account, we will give you a secure method after a Services Agreement is in place. We may delete sensitive information sent to us by mistake, and we are not responsible for loss or misuse of information you send contrary to this section.
You keep ownership of your Submissions. You give us permission to use them to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and operate our business, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting information does not create a confidentiality obligation unless we have agreed to one in writing, such as a signed non-disclosure agreement.
6. Our intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, design, and other content, belongs to Nabru Larur or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Nabru Larur" and related names and logos are our marks. You may view the Site and print or share pages for your own non-commercial business use, as long as you keep all notices intact. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Ownership of work product we create for clients is governed by the client's services agreement.
7. Email and text messages
If you join our email list, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We send text messages only with your separate consent; reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
8. No guarantees of results
The Site and our communications offer general information about business and marketing, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Business results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as revenue, growth, leads, search rankings, website traffic, or return on ad spend. Results also depend on third-party platforms (such as search engines and social networks) whose rules and algorithms we do not control. Testimonials or examples on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not promises of similar results.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as GoDaddy (hosting), Google reCAPTCHA, and social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabru Larur and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable services agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Nabru Larur against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your Submissions, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (including Sections 5, 6, 8 through 12, and 14) survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at fg@nabrularur.com and try in good faith to resolve the issue for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent the law allows.
15. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email fg@nabrularur.com with your contact details, a description of the work, the location of the material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that your notice is accurate.
16. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting the new version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
17. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
