This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit https://nabrularur.com, contact us, or use our services. Questions can be sent to fg@nabrularur.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Name, business name, job title, email, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Messages, contact-form submissions (including any files you attach), email-list sign-ups, and anything you share in conversations with us.
  • Billing details for paid services. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5). Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and interaction data subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Information from clients and partners

  • Clients may give us brand assets, account access, analytics, customer or audience lists, and campaign data so we can do our work. See Section 7.

Information from other sources

  • Public business information, social media profiles, and data from advertising and analytics platforms.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide consulting, advertising, and marketing services.
  • To create, run, measure, and report on campaigns.
  • To invoice and process payments.
  • To send updates, insights, and promotional messages you have not opted out of.
  • To analyze and improve our website, services, and marketing.
  • To protect against fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed with:

  • Service providers that help us operate: website hosting, email and CRM tools, analytics, scheduling, project management, payment processing, accounting, and legal and insurance advisors.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms (for example, ad networks or social platforms) when a client directs us to run campaigns for them.
  • Clients and collaborators where required to perform the work, under confidentiality terms.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • A buyer or successor if Nabru Larur is involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization.

We do not sell personal information. Our website does not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept our use of cookies. Tracking tools that follow individual visitor behavior, such as analytics cookies, load only if you click Accept. If you do not accept, or you close the banner, we do not track your individual browsing. If you accept, the data collected is combined (aggregated) with that of other visitors. We do not use cookies for advertising on this site.

Our hosting provider also collects aggregated, anonymized data about site performance (for example, page-load speed). This data does not identify you individually.

Residents of California and certain other states have the right to refuse or opt out of tracking, and we honor that choice. You can refuse by not accepting the banner, by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings (some features may not work properly), by turning on Global Privacy Control, or by emailing fg@nabrularur.com. We do not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Email and text messages

You may receive marketing email from us if you contacted us, are a client, or opted in. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and we process opt-outs within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM. We send texts only with your consent; reply STOP to opt out. We will still send essential service and billing messages.

7. Client and customer data

When a client gives us data about their own customers or audience, we act as the client's service provider (processor). We use that data only to perform the contracted services and on the client's instructions, and we do not use it for our own marketing. If you are a client's customer and want to exercise privacy rights, please contact that client; we will help them respond.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. Typical periods are: prospect and inquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, and client and billing records for 7 years. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encryption where practical, and vendor vetting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
  • Access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, sharing, sale, and certain profiling.
  • Appeal a decision if we decline your request.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email fg@nabrularur.com or call 929-234-0543. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request for you with proof of authority. We respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). To appeal a denial, reply to our decision email; you may also contact your state attorney general.

California "Shine the Light." California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by emailing fg@nabrularur.com.

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
